  • Some classes are 20 minutes, some are 30 minutes!  All summer we did a Military Drill Class created by Jared McClure, an Army Ranger Cadet at University of Florida. This is a strength and conditioning class using only your own body weight and maybe a few weighed drills. It's only for 6 weeks!
