I did a destination FPY class in Montego Bay, Jamaica and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Denise is an amazing instructor, so friendly, helpful and really knows her yoga. It was a highlight of my trip- I did it twice while I was there. I wish I had her back in NY! Highly recommend her studio and destination classes!! I felt so great after class!

Florida Power Yoga is my go-to for all things Yoga. My strength, physique and well-being are always at their best when Florida Power Yoga is party of my weekly routine. FPY is the place to go for a great workout! Thereโs a variety of classes to choose from that are great for both beginners and those looking for a more intense workout. The environment is fun and everyone there is super friendly! I would highly recommend FPY to everyone!

Florida Power Yoga kicks my butt every time I go in. What a workout! So sweaty! I really like the atmosphere here because I feel like I get to workout with my friends and not a roomful of strangers. Would highly recommend!

I just started working out for the first time after having 3 kids back to back. I am 41yrs old and feel amazing. The classes kick my butt, but are fun and you feel so strong after each class! You can’t beat the price either. I called 10 different yoga studios and FL power yoga had the best monthly price. Love love!!

Fantastic! The owner Denice is extremely helpful and inviting. I attended one of the Intro to FPY classes and Denice taught me everything I need to know for a Power Yoga class. I had never done yoga prior to doing to this, and I LOVE it! The prices are very reasonable and there are options for every customer.
